Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel anytime from your billing email or by contacting us. Every Pro plan includes a 7-day refund window on the first subscription charge.
What happens to creations if I stop paying?+
Nothing is deleted when you cancel — your child's creations stay in their account on the free plan. Cancelling only returns you to the free daily AI limits.
What is the difference between the Membership and Pro?+
They serve different people in the same house. The Membership ($29/year) is written material for you — the in-depth guides on how to use AI with your child. Pro raises your child's daily AI-generation limits inside the tools. Neither includes the other, and most families need neither: the camp, the tool directory and the article archive are free.
Is the Membership a subscription?+
No. It is one payment for 365 days of access, with no auto-renewal and nothing stored to charge again. When the year ends you decide whether to renew. The Prompt Vault included with it stays yours either way.
