By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian registering or managing an account on behalf of a minor, you agree to these Terms on behalf of both yourself and your child. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will take effect upon posting on the platform.

When registering an account, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Parents or guardians are responsible for managing their minor children's accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including protecting your password from unauthorized disclosure. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When using this platform, you agree to: use the platform only for lawful educational purposes; not upload, create, generate, or share any content that is sexual, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), or adult in nature; not upload, create, generate, or share any content that is violent, gory, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening; not upload or share any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way; not use AI image generation, AI story creation, or any other AI-powered feature on this platform to produce NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content; not attempt to bypass or circumvent any content safety filters, moderation systems, or age-appropriate restrictions implemented on the platform; not attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security mechanisms of the platform; not impersonate others or provide false information; respect the privacy and rights of other users; and comply with the platform's community guidelines. KidsAiTools is a children's education platform. All content must be appropriate for users aged 6-12. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

KidsAiTools employs multiple layers of content safety measures to protect young users. All AI-generated content (including images, stories, and text) is processed through automated safety filters that block NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, violent, and otherwise inappropriate material before it reaches users. All user-submitted prompts are screened for inappropriate keywords and intent. Our platform strictly prohibits the generation or distribution of: (a) sexually explicit or suggestive content of any kind; (b) nudity or partial nudity; (c) graphic violence, gore, or weapons; (d) hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content; (e) content depicting or promoting self-harm, substance abuse, or dangerous activities; (f) content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. Users who attempt to generate prohibited content will have their accounts immediately suspended. We reserve the right to report illegal content generation attempts to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of the platform and report any content concerns to support@kidsaitools.com.

All content on this platform (including but not limited to text, images, software, tutorials, and course materials) is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to works they create on the platform. However, by publicly displaying works on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote such works within the platform. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content on the platform is prohibited.

The AI tools and educational content provided on this platform are for learning and reference purposes only. We do not guarantee that all content generated by AI tools is completely accurate or appropriate, and we recommend that parents provide appropriate supervision and guidance when children use AI tools. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted, timely, or error-free nature of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsAiTools and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
