Where is my child's data stored?
Data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Our privacy practices follow the COPPA and GDPR frameworks for children's data: parental consent, minimal collection, default-private creations. We do not sell user data; AI services we rely on (e.g. image generation) are listed in the privacy policy as named subprocessors.
Who can see my child's activity?
Only you (the parent) and your child can see their learning progress and projects. Community-shared works are reviewed before becoming visible, and sharing is always opt-in.
How do you ensure content safety?
All AI-generated content goes through safety filters. Projects are designed and reviewed by our editorial team for age-appropriateness. We also moderate community contributions to keep the environment safe.

What AI tools do kids learn to use?
Kids learn to use age-appropriate AI tools for creative tasks: image generation, story writing, music creation, and more. Each tool is vetted for safety and educational value.
Are the projects suitable for my child's age?
Yes! Projects are categorized into three age groups (6-8, 9-11, 12-15) with appropriate difficulty levels. The AI recommendations also consider your child's specific interests and skill level.
Can my child work independently?
Projects include both child-friendly instructions and parent notes. Younger children (6-8) benefit from parent involvement, while older kids (12-15) can work more independently.
Pricing & Billing
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund window on your first charge. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us to start a refund request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
What's the difference between Pro and Family plans?
Pro is for one child with unlimited projects, AI Tutor, and exports. Family supports up to 3 children with separate profiles, plus parent dashboard and weekly learning reports.

What devices are supported?
KidsAiTools works on any modern browser โ Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. No installation required. Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Does it require an internet connection?
Yes, an internet connection is required to access projects and AI tools. However, your progress is saved automatically so you can resume anytime.
