Account & Data Safety
Where is my child's data stored?
Data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Our privacy practices follow the COPPA and GDPR frameworks for children's data: parental consent, minimal collection, default-private creations. We do not sell user data; AI services we rely on (e.g. image generation) are listed in the privacy policy as named subprocessors.
Who can see my child's activity?
Only you (the parent) and your child can see their learning progress and projects. Community-shared works are reviewed before becoming visible, and sharing is always opt-in.
How do you ensure content safety?
All AI-generated content goes through safety filters. Projects are designed and reviewed by our editorial team for age-appropriateness. We also moderate community contributions to keep the environment safe.

What AI tools do kids learn to use?
Kids learn to use age-appropriate AI tools for creative tasks: image generation, story writing, music creation, and more. Each tool is vetted for safety and educational value.
Are the projects suitable for my child's age?
Yes! Projects are categorized into three age groups (6-8, 9-11, 12-15) with appropriate difficulty levels. The AI recommendations also consider your child's specific interests and skill level.
Can my child work independently?
Projects include both child-friendly instructions and parent notes. Younger children (6-8) benefit from parent involvement, while older kids (12-15) can work more independently.
Pricing & Billing
Can I get a refund?
Membership and the one-time packs are generally non-refundable once your unlock link has been delivered. If something has genuinely gone wrong, reply to your purchase email and a human will look at it case by case.
Do I need to cancel anything?
No — there is nothing to cancel. Membership is a single payment for 365 days. No recurring charge is ever set up and nothing renews itself; when the year ends, access simply stops unless you choose to buy another year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Creem, our payment provider. You can pay by major credit or debit card, or with Alipay. Prices are in USD, and local tax is added at checkout where it applies.
What does the membership include?
A year of every in-depth parent guide, plus the Prompt Vault and the Printable Pack. It is reading material for parents — the kids' tools and camp stay free for everyone.

Does it require an internet connection?
Yes, an internet connection is required to access projects and AI tools. However, your progress is saved automatically so you can resume anytime.
